Although every effort is made, Travel@Flyonit shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Travel@Flyonit retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours.
Cancellation Policy:
You are entitled to a full refund only if you give us a minimum 74 hour notice of your intention to cancel.
If you cancel your day tour within 24 hours you can choose to change your tour departure to another date (subject to availability).
If you are travelling on our day tours and have booked via our websites; https://www.travel.flyonit.com/ all terms and conditions are the same and if you are late for the bus in the morning or are a no show, you will get fully charged for the tour that you have booked as we have reserved a seat or seats for you.
We need a minimum %60 of passengers to operate a tour. We give until 1pm the day prior to the tour to reach this number and will then contact customers with details of cancellation.
Insurance
There is no travel insurance cover included in the price of the ticket.
We take no responsibility for any injuries or loss to you incurred whilst you are taking part in any optional activities that are outside our all-inclusive package. We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive insurance cover for cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal baggage, money and public liability before you travel. You may not be accepted as a ‘Travel@Flyonit’ passenger unless you have arranged satisfactory insurance. We accept no responsibility for the theft, loss or damage to personal belongings from at any time during the duration of your tour.
Change of Date Policy:
Where possible Travel@Flyonit will try to honour change of date requests that are made with at least 5 days’ notice. This is not possible for all tours and is always subject to availability. Change of Date requests that are made with less than 5 days’
notice will not usually be accepted. Change of Date requests may be subject to an adjustment fee which falls in line with the cancellation fee structure.
Changes by us
We reserve the right to change our typical itineraries at any time and at our discretion. As professionals we will endeavour to avoid this and if this is necessary, we will substitute alternative arrangements of comparable monetary value.
We reserve the right to alter our itinerary in the event of happenings outside the control of Extreme Event Ireland ltd. This includes out/leaks of ‘foot and mouth’ or other contagious diseases, revolution, national or local strikes and/or protests, social disorder, political unrest.
We are constantly striving to make our tours even more brilliant than they are perceived by many to be, therefore should attractions open or become open to us, that we feel will enhance your experience of our beloved motherland then we reserve the right to include these in your best interests.
We reserve the right to decrease the price of our tours at any time.
We reserve the right to launch amended /brochures in the public domain at any time.
We reserve the right to cancel a tour if we have insufficient numbers to operate said tour (minimum %60).
Weather Conditions
Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for weather conditions. No tours can be cancelled or amended by you at any time on the basis of weather conditions. We accept no responsibility for weather conditions that may affect the delivery and implementation of our itinerary. Any changing or cancelation based on weather conditions should be made by Travel@Flyonit.
No Smoking Policy
We do not permit smoking on any of our vehicles.
Child Policy:
Children are permitted on most tours, however due to the nature and length of tours, it may not always be recommended, please check with our reservations team for recommendations before booking. Child rates are available on most tours for Children between the ages of 0 – 12 years. Due to limited luggage restrictions on buses, pushers and prams are not permitted on some tours. Please ensure you check with our reservations staff before you bring them along to the tour. Passengers who show up with these items on tours which do not allow them may be refused boarding without refund. Infants (under 2yrs of age) are permitted on some of our tours however child restraints are not provided. Please ensure you discuss your infant with our reservations team before booking.
Luggage Policy:
Luggage for day tours:
There are no luggage storage facilities on some day tours, please do not bring your luggage with you. Luggage may be stored with your accommodation provider for the day. Any inappropriate luggage presented on the departure day (including strollers) may result in refusal to board. Luggage for multi day tours: Maximum of 5kg per person unless otherwise indicated on the Tour Page.
Pickups and Drop off Services:
Travel@Flyonit may offer complimentary pickup and drop off services for certain tours. Each tour will have its own list of pickup / drop off locations and can be viewed in a link on each tour page. Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to be waiting out the front of your selected pickup location (accommodation provider) at least 5 minutes before departure. Failure to wait out the front of your selected location may result in the tour guide being unable to locate you, causing failure to load. Travel@Flyonit cannot be held responsible for passengers who fail to load.
Booking:
Once full payment is made you will be allocated a place/places on the particular sightseeing tours and a confirmation emailed to you. This is your confirmation of booking. This should be printed and saved for own reference.
Once you begin you tour, you accept and abide by these terms and conditions.
We accept no responsibility for incorrect email or inability to deliver email. If your confirmation does not arrive on time or at all, then you must ask us to resend the email confirmation of the tours you have paid for.
All internet bookings will be confirmed by email.
We reserve the right to sell any places reserved without full payment or a deposit.
It is the responsibility of the passenger to check the accuracy of dates booked upon receipt of their travel documents.
Any internet bookings made after 9:30pm for the following morning cannot be guaranteed by Travel@Flyonit.
